Effective September 4, 2026These Terms govern your use of the 4HM Esports platform, including the website and mobile app. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
- You must be 13 years or older to use the platform.
- You agree to provide accurate registration and team information.
Accounts & Team Management
- Team owners are responsible for account security and member access.
- Sharing credentials or misuse may lead to suspension.
Events & Participation
- Registrations are confirmed after admin approval and payment verification (if applicable).
- Room ID/Password are released based on event schedules. Late joins may not be accommodated.
- Violations of tournament rules can result in disqualification.
Payments
- Entry fees are shown per event or group and may vary.
- Payment proof must be submitted for manual verification.
- Refunds are governed by our Return/Refund Policy.
Content & Conduct
- Users must not post abusive, illegal, or infringing content.
- Fraudulent activity or cheating may lead to permanent ban.
Limitation of Liability
4HM Esports is not liable for indirect losses, connectivity issues, or third-party service disruptions. Our maximum liability is limited to the entry fee paid for a specific event.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
