This policy explains how refunds are handled for 4HM Esports digital services and tournament registrations.

Digital Services

All services are delivered digitally (event registrations, match access, room credentials, and results). There are no physical goods or shipping.

Refund Eligibility

• Event cancelled or rescheduled by organizers.
• Duplicate payment submitted for the same registration.
• Payment made but registration was not approved due to capacity limits.

Non-Refundable حالات

• Room ID/Password already issued for the match.
• Team disqualified due to rules violation or fraud.
• Withdrawal of participation after registration approval.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3-7 business days and credited via the original payment method or wallet, depending on the event settings.
